Pulse Cashflow expands Midlands team with new Regional Director appointment

Pulse Cashflow Finance have announced the appointment of Rebecca Salt to the role of Regional Director to support the growth plans of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) across the Midlands and Central region.

The appointment follows on the heels of the recent announcement that the firm was aligning forces with its sister company to strengthen their offer to UK businesses as they deliver their recovery plans.  As a combined force, Pulse Cashflow will provide access to a wider range of funding solutions geared to facilitating growth.

Rebecca joins Pulse Cashflow having gained experience within the financial sector both in the UK and the USA. Having started her financial services career with Aldermore, she moved to Bibby fulfilling roles both in the UK and the USA.  She brings natural skills to relationship building always looking to understand and deliver a financial solution which best fits her clients’ needs.  With expertise built in invoice finance, she will work to provide funding support to SMEs as they build back from the last 12 months.

Commenting on her appointment, Rebecca says: “The outlook for the Midlands region in 2021 is bright.  Birmingham alone is expected to be in the top ten fastest cities to recover from the pandemic making up ground from 17th place in Q4 2020 in terms of economic output, to ninth, with annual GVA growth of 7.1%. The region has all the ingredients to prosper - an established enterprise zone and investment plans in place, will help the region build on a strong manufacturing sector that makes up 14% of the local economy. Our strong services sector with less exposure to the uncertainties of Brexit will continue to boost the region.  As we look ahead the £778m Government investment to stage the 2022 Commonwealth Games and realising the benefits of HS2 is positive news for businesses in the region. It’s an exciting time for the region and I’m delighted to be joining a funder who is committed to providing funding support to help the region businesses capitalize on these positives.”

As the UK business sector starts the recovery process post Covid, they will be looking for the financial support to give their firms the best chance of getting back on track quickly over the coming year.  As Government backed loans begin to recede and repayments start in earnest, Pulse Cashflow are in an ideal position to provide flexible, fast and transparent solutions to support businesses with their growth prospects through the provision of a continuous and flexible supply of working capital.

As Martin Bennison, Sales & Marketing Director, concluded: “Rebecca is another important hire in our plans as we expand our presence geographically across the UK.  She is a great addition to the team and brings a strong ability to build personable, transparent, and responsive relationships with financial intermediaries and their clients as she works collaboratively to support their funding needs.  Pulse Cashflow are in a strong position with funding available to support businesses in the Midlands region who require flexible funding to make their plans happen.”
